Every appointment at the clinic begins with a referral from a healthcare provider. The practice is accepting new patients.
Getting seen
How do I get an appointment?
- Ask your family physician, nurse practitioner or specialist to fax a referral to the clinic.
- The office contacts you once the referral has been reviewed.
- Ask your referring provider about timing.
On the day
What should I bring?
- Your health card.
- A list of your current medications.
Consultations are in English. To change or cancel an appointment, call the office at 705-478-6888.
Tests and investigations
Will I have tests at the office?
No. Tests are not performed at the Algonquin Avenue office. If Dr. Khan needs an investigation, the office arranges it and confirms the location with you.
